OG Great Falls Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Great Falls, MT and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all projects. Our estimates are based on the information you provide and our site inspection. Final pricing may vary if project conditions differ from what was originally assessed. We will inform you of any changes before proceeding with additional work. All prices are subject to change until a signed contract is in place.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for project completion. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. The specific warranty period will be outlined in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in our installation work but does not cover damage from improper use, natural settling, extreme weather events, or lack of proper maintenance. Concrete may develop minor surface cracks over time, which are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Ensuring access to the work site during agreed-upon hours
• Relocating any items that may interfere with the work area
• Obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals
• Maintaining the concrete according to our care instructions
• Making timely payments according to the contract terms

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased. Changes to the project scope may affect the timeline and pricing, and will require a revised contract.

Limitation of Liability

OG Great Falls Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our work.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly first. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to the laws of the State of Montana.
